Return Policy
At EVARA, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the process simple.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition
- In its orginal packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If items are not returned in original packaging or if parts are missing, deductions will be made from your refund amount.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty and skincare products are non-returnable once opened or used. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. A return address will be provided once your request is approved.
Return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
All of our items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. In the unfortunate and unlikely case of a damaged or defective product, please contact us with a photo of the product and order number.
Please contact us at help@evara.com before returning any items to receive our full return instructions, within 14 days of receiving the order delivery. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
